Special chemical treatment gives Mega Roof its water repellent, anti-fading and cooling properties. The specially designed 3-Rib act as anti-capillary grooves for leak-proof roofing and extra strength.

Coating Mass Gauges

Audits the Al-Zn alloy coating mass (GSM) to verify standard weather protective coverage across the entire surface of the Galvalume coil.

Coil Thickness Verification

Inbound coils from JSW/Tata are measured with digital micrometers to guarantee base metal thickness (BMT).

Step 2

Adhesion & Bending Checks

Samples undergo 180-degree T-bend tests in our lab to audit paint adhesion and check for structural cracking.

Step 3

GSM Coating Audit

Magnetic and chemical gauges verify the zinc-aluminium coating thickness is consistent across all coil edges.

Step 4

Profiling Alignment Control

Profiling lines are audited dynamically to ensure the leak-preventing 3-Rib anti-capillary groove is perfectly formed.

Step 5

Visual Defect Inspection

Finished sheets are inspected visually under high lighting to check for surface scratch marks, peeling, or color shifts.

Step 6

Load Deflection Check

Supports loading check: verification of structural deflection limits against standard purlin spacing values.
